For customers in Norway a 14-day refund/right-of-withdrawal applies in accordance with The Marketing Control Act.

Follow the instructions below for returns or complaints. Remember to write Refund policies and order number in the subject field of the email.

 

Return policies

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact plya@studiogeist.no within a reasonable time, at the latest within 14 days after you received the item.

Return the item(s) together with Return/Right of withdrawal form. Write the reason for the return on the form.


Please note! Before you return a defective/misdelivered item, you must contact us
play@studiogeist.no to have the complaint approved and the return postage paid.

Refund policies

Notification of return/refund must be sent to customer service at play@studiogeist.no immediately upon receipt of the items, and no later than 14 days after delivery. Always contact our customer service and await further instructions before returning the item. If the item has been put into use, as your own, the refund cannot be exercised. Download the form here.

Make sure your email contains the following information

  • Order number (from the order confirmation email)
  • The title of the items you want to return 

All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. Return the item together with the Return/Right-of-withdrawal form with information about the order number and customer number to the address on the form. You must pay for the return postage yourself. Returns cannot be made as 'Cash on delivery'.
