Gerhard Berg is one such designer and his days of glory were in the 1950s and 1960s. Not only did he experience success in Norway, but the furnishings sold well also in the USA and in other countries. His name became internationally known during SAS's campaign on Scandinavian design. With furniture classics such as Kubus and Marina, Berg became everyone's property.
