When we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. In addition, you will receive an email when the package is sent from us. Depending on which shipping option you have chosen, you can track your package from the time we send it until it arrives on your bookshelf. If the order is changed/updated, you will also receive an email.

We accept payment with Klarna, Visa and Mastercard.

We deliver to the whole of Norway. For order outside Norway, please send us an email at play@studiogeist.no We are currently working on a booking and delivery service for outside Norway.

We want to help you as easily as possible. If your goods have not been sent, you can send us an e-mail at kundeservice@art-as.no and we will help you as quickly as we can. 

Have you already received the item(s) or are they on their way to you? If you want to switch to another book, you can simply return the product you have already received or ordered. Then you get your money back and can order again.
